Incrível! O app mais completo

O Zen é um aplicativo Fantástico! Possui uma ampla variedade de meditações para diversos momentos do dia. Além disso, há mantras deliciosos e músicas relaxantes. Eu nunca havia meditado antes e hoje me considero uma “meditadora” assídua. O Zen tem ajudado até o meu cachorro a ficar mais calmo. Ele também ama os mantras. Sem dúvida, quando uso o Zen é o melhor momento do meu dia.

Especially at night when I can’t sleep I listen to some guided meditation that guides me back to sleep and calms my mind.
