The whole zoho one solution is brilliant and so complete. And the apps-BEAUTIFUL.
I am hoping for a desktop UI improvement as well

Trying to simplify the way you and your team handle support emails? Keep looking.
- Unreliable (notifications don't work).
- Server issues (timeout on 1/3 of the requests)
- Broken (didn't find new tickets even though I manually refreshed the list)
Don't waste your time here.
