Probably the best home workout app on the App Store

Clear and easy to follow instructions (even for a klutz like me), and useful Watch interaction. I had some technical issues at first but they were solved by an iOS and WatchOS upgrade, and everything seems to work fine now.

Requires a subscription to use at all, and I would have preferred if that was more clearly advertised. Also a bit pricey for what it offers and would presumably cost to produce; I can get a gym subscription including classes with an instructor for roughly twice the subscription fee, and publishing a video has virtually 0 marginal cost in comparison.

Still, I have tried most apps in the App Store and this one is the best I have found so far.

Bra app

Det är en bra app och det är roligt när man ökar i siffra. Däremot är det trkigt att det kostar så mycket att ta del av några träningsprogram. Inte värt pengarna, IMO, när man kan hitta gratis kopior på internet!

Good motivation

I love how they provide such good motivation. They have a really good variation with the exercise, which makes it not as boring.
