按齡牧養
共七個按齡牧養科(兒童、少年、青年、成年、長者、動力小組、傷健群體)及兩個語言牧養科(普通話、 英語)，為會友提供適切的牧養、關顧和教導。
高舉聖經
北宣家非常着重以聖經 真理培育會眾的成長，故不論 講壇或各類信仰課程，均以聖經真理為基礎。
着重宣教
北宣家藉着多方面的福音工作，包括本地 佈道、 植堂，鼓勵弟兄姊妹踐行主所吩咐的大使命；同時亦積極推動 差傳教育，深化弟兄姊妹對宣教的理念和承擔。

北宣家鼓勵弟兄姊妹效法耶穌基督的生命，以 服事為己任。我們着重幫助弟兄姊妹發掘恩賜，並提供各類 培訓，使他們能投入堂內、堂外各種事奉中。
