游戏是不错，但…
Played two months plus, spend some $$ in the game. Then link my phone number to my account because think it is good for retrieving password.
Then have issue in my iPad, need to reset the iPad and download the app again. Not able to login because could not rmb password, so thought can use phone number to retrieve, NO. Only can use email? Then why initially ask me link my phone?
Then check with customer service, ask me provide my spending records from iOS, and account details. I did and they said the ios spending record cannot Match with the account spending records. Hello, ios record is showing the invoice date, not actual purchase date. You cannot match the purchase date is not my issue. Why not you allow me to retrieve my account based on my phone number? Because if you inflexible way to retrieve password, so I cannot access to my account.
