App does not automatically update location!
We were in Jeju prior to going to Seoul. The app did not automatically update our location when we arrived in Seoul. Hence, when we placed our order in Seoul, it was actually made from our Jeju address, and the order was made to a shop in Jeju.
The restaurant called us at first, and when we found out that they were in Jeju we asked to cancel the order. Shortly after, the Yogiyo customer service representative called us and said the restaurant insisted on payment even though we did not receive the food. We ended up paying as they refused to help us obtain a waiver even though it was a genuine oversight on our part.
Lame service
Ordered simple delivery from a convenience store.. after a long waiting of 1 and half hours I finally made contact to the store and the guy told me they had picked up 5mins ago.
So they hadn’t picked my order for 1 hour and 25 mins!!!
