The motivation and momentum to go out and start walking everyday is because I know at the end of the walk I can cash out my 1MT tokens to my bank account to buy healthier options food. It helps to pay for my walking shoes and Apple watch!
I will keep walking with my 1Move app and keep shedding weight! it’s a journey not a competition!
