-Subscription service: 7-day continuous monthly, 30-day continuous monthly
- Subscription period: one month
- Subscription price: 7 days for consecutive monthly subscriptions of 14 yuan / month, 30 days for consecutive monthly subscriptions for 35 yuan / month
- Payment: The user confirms the purchase and payment and then credits to the iTunes account.
- Cancel renewal: If you cancel your renewal, please manually disable the automatic renewal feature in the iTunes/Apple ID Settings Manager 24 hours before the current subscription expires. Issues with mobile app control
The mobile app always have issues for network connection, trying to change settings on the app but always promoted network connection issue, please try again later. Can’t even unselect the dismantle alert when I need to charge the door bell! Recently only a few videos captured even thou I tried changing the door bell to detect further distance. So many issues and it become unreliable!
Please help on the app upgrade. Our wifi connection is good and router is only one meter away from the door bell therefore there is no reason for poor network connection.
The app is logging me out
Please do necessary fix to resolve this issue, I’m getting logged out whenever some other family member logs in to use it. It’s super annoying. I’ve been using this for 2 years and had no such issue until these few days.
Great cameras for home and environment monitoring
Having use multiple 360 cameras on multiple premises (even cross countries) and many cameras on each location for more than 2 years. I have yet to experience any technical difficulty. This is the most reliable camera among about six other types I am using now. If you are looking for state of the art features, it may not be the one. In addition, the price is very reasonable also.
