Bugs and Insufficient information
Not gonna complain about the connection. For the app, the app auto log in is crushing. Only works for first time. It goes back to login screen and need to turn on auto login again.
When it comes to customer complaint section, users can only review their complaints in Activity Logs. But couldn’t check the status of complaints. There should be tracking for the complaints. That how support ticket works. All the tickets status should be available to end users. Plus put the sequence for each tickets. It is not that hard to run the sequence number. Another one payment section. We know its hard to bring all the banks on board. There is a payment platform vendors. Just use their api. So that all users can use MPU. All i can say good thing is about UI. Kudos to designers. Or probably your hired third party design firm.
