Losing my money
I pressed my thumbprint log in to my phone and everything just switched to the game’s 500k match which made me lose 250k . The 250k coins was very hard earned and I lost it when I didn’t even want to play the match . I feel that 8ball needs to take notice of this !Return me 250k coins or I will stop tis game,tis really make me feel sad & disappointed!! Also , I normally get rewarded 150 coins per ad I watch and now only 75 !!! I am very sad ! I’m an old lady and this is my only entertainment ! U are very cruel by doing this !!!
Matchmaking
This game is really what you call “bad”. I have been playing this game for quite a while already and the match making is really second-rate and by now most of you probably already understand what I mean. Yes I am playing against people of few hundreds above me and when I am playing 9 ball when they get to start first they would just get a golden break which is considered easy for them. I just hope that you can update the game where players of range 10 levels can play against each other. For example like level 20 can play with highest level 30 and minimum level 10. In this way I strongly feel that the game would improve so much more and also it’s more of a fair play because the skills of players would be closer rather than a level 50 playing against level 100 and above. To sum up the game is currently I would say a 3/10 as I feel that it can be further improved.
