Ratings and Reviews
Lots of room for improvement.
Application is great. One suggestion will be to include the unit numbers of the physical stores rather than just the general address. This lack of detail make locating the outlet tedious.
Inventory shown on application does not reflect actual physical stock which result in long order processing with no notification to update the customer. Lack of order cancellation and time range for orders to be shipped before customer can proceed to cancel order. This feature helps reduces load on customer service.
Lots of bugs
Ordered item twice on the app and system failed to capture the purchases despite sending confirmation email. Order history is messed up with some orders not reflected despite receiving the item. Was charged for delivery despite a pop up stating free delivery for all items with no minimum spending. Information in web login diffs from the app login. Overall poorly done app with a lot to improve.
disappointing system/customer service
I’ve made and order on 19/10 and received an order confirmation. After 1 week of waiting with no updates/shipping confirmation, I managed to ask your customer service in Facebook messenger and they told me that it did not capture the order on your end due to system issue despite my successful payment.
I requested if they could just reorder for me but they keep insisting to refund me. I accepted this and just went back to the app and to my surprise I see the same shoe that I bought before restocked. So my problem is, why can’t you just reorder for me (I even had a 30% discount during Creator’s Week) if there is stock?
I am really disappointed in adidas’s system and customer service. Even trying to lodge a formal complaint is trash.
