Registered at physical counter in Aeon Mall. Asked to download the App but cannot register or enable card: Sorry Aeon wallet is currently available only for Aeon Account Holders.
Ridiculous to Password Protect Statements
Having trouble accessing statements with the App which are password protected to the point it does not unlock even if you key in your pin correctly.
Ridiculous to have to many layers of security. After login to App already verified your ownership . Yet a mere statement cannot be accessed. What kind of brains are there At information security to the extend the data is locked away from the rightful user ? I find this app to be very stupid and useless.
Aeon plus prepaid member card
After renewed my car, been told by counter CS officer it’s take 48 hrs to see my balance and points earned in app . But after 3 weeks,
Nothing appear and emailed CS multiple times the issue still the same. Keep
Verify and update my details but issue didn’t
Solve at all .
