New update does not allow previous member to login
After the latest update, I’m unable to log in to my account anymore. My membership points are no longer able to be used. Even customer service was unable to resolve this issue. Poor user interface. Expected customers to switch to this form of membership and payment method but they can’t even get the app to work?

Fail update aps
Who is the genius who create the new app and make everyone not able to log in. Call ,email, walk in customer service also unable to solve my account. Decide to just use all my top up cash and dont bother to use the card anymore. 3000 points donate to yr bank so can hired smarter app creator. No need to thank me. Good job.

After updating, I am not able to log in. Using the existing credentials, message read: email address already registered. Please use another email or contact customer service.
During log in, only ask for passport and country
