Solid game without being overly complicated
Great graphics and gameplay; while F2P it certainly doesn't makes you feel like you've hit a paywall and the only way through is to spend money. That's because of its system where your heroes can't level past your own player level, making progress fair and buying heroes kind of pointless.
Rewards are also very generous, (they gave me a free hero just by subscribing to their FB page). And not to mention the guaranteed rewards each time you clear a level.
My only feedback is that it takes too long for my player to level, which means i have to redo levels over and over again, wasting alot of time and in-game energy. (fortunately there's auto-play and quick complete to compensate for it, but too bad it just takes too long to progress). Other than that it's a great game!

Buggy, unbalanced, very very grindy and p2w gacha game
I was drawn in to the slick graphics and animations and I desperately wanted to love this game after playing MSF AND SWGOH. I was so so stupid.
The devs promised raids many months ago but delayed it by 3 months because they needed more testing. When they released it, it was a straight copy of raids from MSF!!! Only crappier and full of hero skill bugs and server downtime (at least 5 times in 2 days) without even a 5 mins early warning.
In the latest patch, Playkot removed gear drops from the Valley of Treasures, and Azariel shards (a powerful damage dealer and healer) from the Clan shop and locked them behind raids you need to be level 55 to enter raids so that’s at least 2-3 months of daily grind for new players to be able to compete with veterans. Or you could spend a boatload of money to upgrade to have your champions like Lucky, Swamp Killer, Azariel, Rizer, Tsuna, Kage nerfed, bugged skills or their shards removed from the existing stores and locked behind raids. So Playkot screws over both F2P and paying players as well.
The latest patch also frustrated a long time player and YT influencer Classic Pulcho and he made a 20 min video yesterday pointing out Playkot’s terrible decisions and greed. I strongly suggest you watch it before you decide to install this game
