Mình có đặt đơn hàng hết tổng cộng 21k giao hàng. Khi nhận hàng do điện thọai trục trặc nên mình không biết lấy hàng ngay khi tài xế gọi. Tài xế phản ánh tổng đài và tổng đài khoá tài khoản của mình. Khi mình nhận hàng thì tài xế đòi 25k, do là lỗi của mình nên mình gửi tài xế 30k, cảm ơn vì chờ đợi. Nhưng aha quyết định khoá tài khoản của mình 3 ngày và không thực hiện mở ra sau 3 ngày kể từ thời điểm bắt đầu khoá. Là 1 đơn vị kinh doanh, khi có trục trặc như thế này thì khá thất vọng với aha và không bao giờ sử dụng dịch vụ này nữa.

Đặt đơn siêu tốc giao trong 1 giờ 70k mà cho tài xế đi đơn ghép. Tài xế thì chạy siêu chậm. Tới lúc khách nhận đc hàng thì đã 3 tiếng sau ? Ủa siêu tốc? Ủa 70k ? Ủa ủa
App chẳng khác gì lừa đảo !
Trước gioè đặt 4 đơn bên ahamove, 3 đơn giao thành công ok, đến đơn thứ 4 giao xong thì bùng dịch không đi lấy tiền được, đến bây giờ hết dịch lên lại app thì thấy đơn hàng không cánh mà bay, lịch sử giao dịch trống, giao diện thì thay đổi, gửi mail để giải quyết mà thứ nhận lại toàn gì đâu không, mất toi 200k !
