Recharge DTH service
Hi, I tried to recharge my DTH services thru Airtel app, money was deducted from the account from ICICI bank, after while error msg coming like “oops failed transaction” amount not credit back to bank account. What is this? NOT FAIR. Pls help. After update the apps. Looks OK

Too many sms and spam calls from Airtel
It’s a fair network with ok coverage mostly. But
1) what I really hate is the dozens of messages (sms) and calls from airtel - all of which markets the plans and recharge prices as if we don’t already know when our pack expires and when to recharge- I mean what’s the use of an app then? Do I really need to be reminded more than 10x daily for a month to the next recharge? Totally ridiculous and make you look so cheap
2) After using Airtel for 8 months and my hubby is on another network provider, we can both see how Airtel data is calculated without reason. On days of data usage, it works fine and my 3gb per day (plus I buy top up data packs of 12gb etc), is used in line with my usage I think. Then there are those weird days when I don't use my phone or go online, and my auto updates are all off and I'll get warnings that my data is 50% used or 90% used. This has happened couple of times in a month so I'm getting really frustrated. Seriously thinking of switching provider cos my hubby doesn't have these problems and he gets extra data rolled back from his unused data in a week (his network is much better too).

Network
You guys clam that your network is best in mountains and rivers, why not it is working in cities like Bangalore. My 4g speed works like 2g, is this the improvement in your network. Why don’t you check with your customers even before claiming that you have best network.
What are the recharging options for talk time, it’s Rs10 or next option straight away RS1000, is this user friendly?? What about 100, 200.
I tell you I am a big fan of Airtel once but now no more. Better spend to build better network then on ads, people will use by its performance in long run.
