Automatic Subscription Instructions:
1. Service name: Cyclic 15 day, use 1 month(1 month);R-cycle 30 day,service 6 month(6 months);R-cycle 30 day, service 1 year(1 year)
2. Price: continuous package for 1 month product is $3.99, continuous package for 6 months product is $28.99, continuous package for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Aiwit" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

Times do have nothing but recording

Aiwit App and Eken Doorbell

Dishonest company providing lousy services . Eken doorbell promised FREE 7 days cyclical cloud storage and playback , few months later , downgrade to 3 days. And then without informing customer, suddenly there is no cloud storage at all. UNLESS U SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR CLOUD SERVCES WHICH OF COURSE NEED TO PAY. If that is the whole point to entice customer to buy their product in the first place and then use such despicable marketing tactic to force customer to subscribe , then I am sorry I am not stupid . There are tons of much better quality door bell and free cloud storage services with no hidden fees. Of course the initial unit cost price is abit higher than EKEN but at least the cloud storage is on local in your own SD card which is safer than Aiwit !!! So my advice to all potential customers and existing , PLEASE DO NOT BUY EKEN and SUBSCRIBE TO AIWIT. AVOID AT ALL COST. I am going to switch to EUFY by Anker after finding out it is free subscription for life on local cloud storage .

Notifications Spamming

Its been few days the notification spamming on my phone. There’s no Motion Detected. They just keep on sent me notifications every seconds.. imagine every seconds and shorten my battery life!
Chat with the customer service but didn’t solve anything they ask me to set the sensitivity to medium, but guess what i have set to very minum even at the word slow line, i still received unnecessary Notification. Guess it time to change.
