Alipay is a leading open platform for payments and digital services in China.
Users with a Chinese ID and bank account can use Alipay to make payments online and in person at various merchants outside of China as they travel for leisure, business, or study.
Foreign visitors to China can connect their credit card to take advantage of Alipay’s widespread acceptance by tens of millions of merchants across the country. Alipay is not designed or intended for use by foreign users in their home country or anywhere outside of China.
With the users' permission this app can connect to Health [HealthKit] to enable users to participate in walkathons and make donations via the "sports" service. This feature is designed for use by Chinese users in China. It is not necessary to enable this feature to make payments.

海外同胞给国内消费竟然还要限制，难成道理！好在支付宝客服解冻了我的余额让我在期限内消耗掉。海外同胞无法个人实名认证，希望支付宝可以提高消费额，一年20万太少了。

我看到有个用户评价说什么糟糕透了，一点也不好用比海外某某差多了，我在想某某那么好用为啥还要用支付宝，脑子有坑吗？个人想法，软件你要看看她是在什么国家，支付宝在中国成立，他的设计肯定优先考虑中国需求，海外用户肯定都会有多少地域限制，或许并不是软件开发的问题，而是国家与国家之间的某种货币制度，我以前在中国生活支付宝在中国真的便利，现在在新加坡，用支付宝比较少，也会用海外支付软件，虽然我觉得还在支付的软件功能没用支付宝全面，但是还是觉得海外支付，还是海外支付软件便捷，毕竟她是按照当地人民的生活方式设计的，所以每款软件都有不完美，可以给意见，如果实在不适合自己可以卸载，
支付宝客服没有解决问题！
我在淘宝使用手机支付的时候有一笔订单一直没有办法付款，后来找了很久，使用电脑才有显示海外用户不能直接使用平时的银行卡来付预售物品。
之前联系客服，客服姐姐还让我跟店家说更换物品标题但是店家说不能随意更换。这个不行，客服就说必须找中国开户的银行卡才能完成付款。万一别人跟我一样周围没有中国开户的卡，那客服的回答就变的无用。
解决方法其实是使用自己海外的储蓄卡或信用卡来给支付宝里面给游客的虚拟卡充值就可以了。就是有5%的服务费，也要提交护照资料。The only way I could pay for an item that was preorder(item would be released after 30 days) was to add my bank card to the tourist pass and verify my passport. This was something that the customer service didn’t tell me. She told me there were only 2 methods, to get someone with a bank card issued by a Chinese Bank or to get the shop customer service change the title of their listing by removing 2 words before trying to pay again, which clearly didn’t work because they said they are not able to change it as they like.
