You need toothpaste, golf clubs, and batteries—and you need them now. Known for its colossal shopping catalog, Amazon packs virtually all of the features and functions found on its website into this ample app, whether you’re buying gifts, tracking orders, or scanning items in a brick-and-mortar store for an online price comparison. It’s easy to navigate, intuitive, and extremely fast.
Cart is not intuitive
The cart is not intuitive, why is there a need for multiple orders in the same screen. There is no easy way to check what items are in the cart and why it suddenly has broken into multiple parts
No option to change shipping address
Your FAQ says there’s a change shipping address option but it actually doesn’t have on MY ORDER. When my only option was to cancel since I cannot change shipping address, no indication on MY ORDER that attempt to cancel was executed. Hence, the user will keep on requesting it until hopefully upon receipt of an email to update the user whether cancelation was successful or not. Cancelation would not have been necessary if only changes can be made since the item has not been shipped out. Now the user may consider other platforms to get the item from instead of experiencing uncertainties once again.
