1.Always keeps prompting membership not found and none of the people at the gym are able to help either.
2.Kindly teach your gym staff to provide solution as the advise gotten is to uninstall and re install the app. they seldom know to troubleshoot & are least interested post sales
3. I was told at the point of sales that Under Armour Certified this app & subscription would cost 200 SGD for a year, the way this app performs for creating accounts flaws the claim made.
4. None of the concerns raised till date on login issue seems to be fixed or taken seriously its definitely gives the strong impression that this App is of least prioritiy to the Organization
Kindly fix the issues and improve the app related issues flagged by the user or respond to them , else take this app off the shelf.
Problem Linking Membership
Why bother getting members to book slot (to accommodate COVID safe management measures) on the app when the app doesn’t even work?
Incredibly infuriating. As what others have reviewed, the app either can’t identify your membership or you’ll have trouble signing in.
I understand that the possibility that AF handles millions of membership accounts worldwide so issues to streamlining accounts may crop up. But geez, the regional gyms need to sort themselves out before implementing something.
Paying premium service to get piss-level service. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Traffic Tracking
The app should feature a traffic tracking in the gym to show how many people are currently using the gym any time of the day. This is to avoid large crowded at certain timings. Since there is the key to go in. Maybe you could use that
