ASOS - Discover Fashion Online 4+

I had ordered thru ASOS and the product was delivered right kn time. However I haven’t received the parcel neither got a call from delivery guy that he is coming with my parcel. Few days I was just chasing the company that where had been my parcel delivered. Later on connecting with CC over live chat they said that your parcel has been lost. Strange!!! Online website who cannot control their delivery guy. Now requested for refund. So they say that will be processed within 10 days from the date of confirmation.

Till now 20 days has been passed and there is no sign of their email confirmation. Forget about refund.

Seems to be a way to dupe people. Just don’t buy from them blindly atleast no big order.

Although I adore the choices on ASOS in terms of how diverse their style is, I have to say that the delivery for these said clothes are absolutely horrible.
I’ve been a customer of them for over 3 years, and I’ve ordered from them copious times. However, more than 40% of the time, I’m met with delayed orders, with no update whatsoever. On top of this, the delay is met with lackluster customer service who seem as tho they don’t give the delayed order any thought and simply ask you to wait longer. Perhaps it’s just protocol they must follow, so I shan’t say much.
All in all, ASOS has some amazing style choices for various types of individual taste, but I suggest that if you intend to buy it for an occasion, buy it a month in advance because with the efficiency rate that I’ve observed over the past 3 years, I’d safely say that they have no regard for punctuality in their delivery. It’s pitiful because ASOS could’ve been so much better than it currently is if it wasn’t for their shoddy delivery times.

I was happy with all my previous purchases on ASOS but the latest one was frustrating. I can accept the fact that my order is delayed (no reasons given though) till today it was not delivered (about 1 week after estimated delivery date) so I decided to ask for help, send email as requested. The app failed me over and over. This was the message I left (still hanging somewhere in the app, not delivered just like my order I Guess)
>> Fyi, customer service / support. I have typed this message over 5 times, or maybe more I lost track (just like your order) the message just cannot be sent through, it just keep saying “submitting” when I click send. Please do something about yr app, it is frustrating your customers big time. )
My message (over and over again) i have not received my order, tracking says shortlanded on18th November Singapore. No news till now. please advise thanks
