Bad Service. Feels like a scam.

STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED . DO NOT USE THIS APP’S SERVICES. IT FEELS LIKE A FINANCIAL SCAM. The service may charge you $15 for admin fee during the final payment. For the reason that their system’s attempt to charge you during the final payment is being declined and you missed the deadline by 1 day. Someone will call you to inform you about this failed transaction and they will make sure to ask if you will make the payment after the call. This makes it feel like a scam. This should be an automated payment service hassle free. I used apple pay to complete payments for my purchase. So there should be no issue and no reason for the attempt to be declined. The first and second payments went through without issues. However for the final payment I don’t know what happened but their system suddenly cannot process the final payment and if you missed the deadline by 1 day. Then SURPRISE SURPRISE charge of $15 for admin fee added to the payment that is due. It’s not my fault. It’s their system’s fault and they are charging me for their systems inefficiency.

Disappointing Voucher Experience

I recently tried using the Atome app and purchased some vouchers, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I attempted to apply the vouchers during checkout, but they didn't work. I followed the steps provided in the FAQ section to place my order and still faced the same issue - the voucher didn't get applied.What puzzled me even more was that on a different page, they had instructions to send a screenshot of the order to their support team. I assumed they would manually assist, but after going through this process for four orders and sending the screenshots, I was met with a denial. Their response stated that since the order was already placed, the voucher couldn't be applied. It left me wondering, what's the purpose of requesting screenshots from customers in the first place? It felt like a waste of time and effort.Adding to my disappointment, the customer service member I interacted with, Aqilah, displayed a lack of professionalism. There was no sense of compassion or willingness to help resolve the issue. This entire experience has led me to the decision of not using Atome again.I hope Atome takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their voucher system and customer service. It's disheartening to encounter such situations as a user, and I believe addressing these concerns would lead to a better overall user experience.

Incredibly unreliable, and the worst part is that they don’t even fix your account issues even after you’ve made all your payments in full. It’s honestly ridiculous. Unlike other platforms like Grab, which are at least considerate enough to waive the admin fee if you happen to miss a payment due date, this app offers no flexibility or customer care whatsoever.If you’re thinking of using the PayLater feature on this app, I strongly advise against it. The so-called “90 days” option is just plain confusing and not user-friendly at all. On top of that, they don’t even show you the maximum amount you’re eligible to spend, which makes it hard to plan what you wanna purchase it with.If you want a smooth, stress-free PayLater experience, just stick to Grab. It’s way more transparent, and the customer service actually helps when you need them. Avoid Atome unless you’re ready for unnecessary headaches.

Hi Atome and to future Atome users,Please do not use this app by any means! I have been using this app for i guess a year now. I have not missed any payment at all. I have bought for a good number of items. And my last purchase, i missed my last payment. And voila, they charge me of admin fee for 15$ just like that. So that was fine. I am willing to shoulder that as I missed my payment. Fair enough. But wait, there is more. I got a WhatsApp msg from a Philippine number, asking me when I should pay the final payment and let me know by today and so on! And few unknown numbers were calling me. After I made the payment, i ss and send to this WhatsApp number and guess what no reply after that. Wow! Just wow atome. And yes, can I tell you how much was my final bill? It was freaking 25$ and I felt like I was running away from a million dollar debt from them. Oh my god ATOME. Please, have a sense of consideration. I hope you get bankrupt soon! Enjoy!
