Meditation tracks are getting impractically long

I’ve been using aura since 2020 and noticed that since 2024 there were some changes to it that are not working as well. 1, if you select the can’t sleep/restless option, it now just seems to purely give you long music tracks, no sleep or relaxation meditations that were there before. 2, for the other options, it is always giving very long (like 20+ min) meditations or life lessons when one of the draws of this app was that the meditations were “pocket sized”. This did improve for a while but now in 2025 the problem is back. Also some of the newer “coaches” don’t talk in a very relaxing tone. I think the screening of what they add to the app needs to improve.

Fraudulent type of activity with this app

I downloaded the app last year and while the content was not bad, I decided to cancel my subscription in 2021. Yet, my debit card continued to be charged for the subscription fee and there’s no customer service to help refund you. Even after I reached out to the CEO of the company, I could not get a refund.
