If you’re a MyShield/MyHealthPlus policyholder, this app gives you access your MyShield e-card, find a panel specialist and request for pre-authorisation!

Horrible and pathetic app

I am wondering how on earth someone continue the same app which may not be acceptable on year 2000.
Submission of claim is so complex and hard.
Taking photo from in-house camera is pathetic and difficult.
When the claim returns for wants of more document it does not add Remarks on claim field it comes from separate email. Once you have multiple claim together then you’re dead. Every time I want to let go of claim instead of claiming through this app. If someone really wants to improve this app, I can be contacted I can take one day leave to just give you guys suggestions about the difficulty I face using this app.

The worst app.

I am in the hospital and not able to access this app at all. After Face ID, this stupid app auto filling the password as “password” and showing the error. After I used actual password, it says connection issues. After I tried few time it says my account was locked. After I reset password, new password is not working. When I open app, it automatically going for Face ID checking without I press the “login with Face ID”
As a software engineer, It looks like I am doing the regression testing for them in live environment.
This is considered as health app and SingLife team is not done good job to provide the service.

absolutely terrible. please fix this app

the app requires a lot of information to submit claims, but times out very quickly. it doesnt allow me time to search for the needed info. once i do, it times out and i am unable to log in for the rest of the day. it cites “connectivity issues” constantly. because of this, it’s also impossible to freely access the e-card when reaching the gp clinic. it also prompted me to submit additional documents for my claim, yet doesnt allow me to do so. it’s very buggy and unreliable. extremely frustrating to use. FIX IT PLEASE
