Very scammy, glitchy copy trading app that continues to copy trades of signals you aren’t copying
Very scammy, use at your own risk. The copy trading app is very glitchy - I already uncopied a signal but new trades continued to open up on my account. I checked and wasn’t able to uncopy the signal because I wasn’t even copying it anymore. When the signal closed the trades, my entire capital was wiped out. I reached out to customer service a few times and the developer team said I was copying the signal and it’s not their problem when it very clearly is. In fact, this happened TWICE. I did not realise it at first, but realised what was happening when it took place a second time. This is completely unacceptable.
The one thing I really regret is not taking a screen recording of the signals I was copying at the point I reached out to customer service.
So yes, use at your own risk! But make sure to take screenshots and screen recordings at every point you use the app because without these things it’s your word against theirs. :)
