First order and delivery.
I was updated promptly when there was an issue with the stock availability. Somehow, it was resolved and shipped immediately.
The ability to track the progress of the shipment was great. I was able to check the progress daily and know when is the likely arrival date.
Dumb app
I joined a phone lucky draw where out of six participants one would win,then after waiting for days and days me and my friends were disappointed to find that our order had been cancelled. This app is a big piece of garbage. Definitely not recommended as I waited so long just to be disappointed. Staff also didn’t help, he said if the order was refunded, it meant i didnt win the lucky draw, but my friends who entered the lucky draw of six also were upsetted as they we’re refunded. One of them was supposed to win among us but we didnt. And the staff Edgareven mocked that none of us won then. No wonder this app isn’t popular. Only for those with low standards may be satisfied with this crappy app. The developers better find a way to contact me so i can verify my order once more. I’m not changing my mind about this app until then.

Could have been 5 stars
Ordering more RC stuffs from banggood. I could have rate it 5 stars but because banggood keeps cancelling my orders due to my credit card status of pending payment, they assume that payment was unsuccessful. Even with the same credit card, it can be successful on 1 order and unsuccessful on another order. This has led to some frustration on my side. However can be easily solved when I signed up with PayPal (and by using the same credit card as payment method). My orders are immediately processed. Another comment will be banggood unable to ship certain items like batteries and same RC plane kits to my location. Banggood if you improve on this 2 issues, then will be a 5 stars from me.
