How many apps do I have to have in my phone to climb in Singapore?
I’d rather just walk in to the counter and face a human being than stand in front of the counter and figure out how to do this when they tell me I can’t pay over the counter.
Digital transformation isn’t always better.
Pretty bad app
I dont know who does the climbing apps for most of singapore but they are all quite bad.
This one has problems making bookings for friends. It is also hard to view usage history. Overall very user unfriendly app. The old website system was a ton better.
Stop
Stop making me install apps. Especially when integration with the old account is so wretched. Reconsider the decisions that led you here.
