Having played many broadcasting apps, this is probably the worst app. Honestly don’t waste your time downloading it . Send numerous feedbacks but the customer service just generated standard automated replies without genuinely answer your questions . The app auto-generated announcements in broadcasting rooms announcing to all broadcasters of VIP users whom had won diamonds in their in app games (Yummy & Greedy Bigo) , not respecting the privacy of VIP users at all. What’s worse these so called “winning” announcements are not genuine winnings. They are your wins for the day without your losses for the day. These create a lot of potential issues for users whom are guardian angels for their broadcasters thinking where their “winnings” had gone to. Is it sent to other broadcasters? What’s worse this app do not keep track of send gifts history and there’s no way to check your gift sending history to broadcasters . Such a simple feature that so many other competitors apps can do but Bigo can’t do it. Seriously .please download other competitor apps such as 17, MoMo, Hua Jiao or Uplive instead .

To be genuine I have killed a lot of time on this app because I like this app. The users are pathetic which are called broadcasters and everyone is just trying to take away your hard earned money (beans and Diamonds) without any actual talent. This is being used by most broadcasters to seduce opposite gender and extort money. They do limited things in the app but take the audience on other apps and do nonsense things. Though it is said any such activity is supported in this app, this has become a business for broadcasters who call themselves BIGO employees. BIGO should restrict such broadcasters from broadcasting. Secondly, not to forget mentioning other broadcasters who judge their own audience and free to say anything without filter to the audience who pay for the app and broadcasters. Really not sure how BIGO deals with that. Overall pathetic experience with the broadcasters however in terms of interface and ease to use is good.
