Too many bugs
I love the fact that I can plan a route specifically for cycling including all the different cycling paths in Singapore. However, the navigation often tells me to cross the street unnecessarily, it has a lot of difficulty recalculating if I stray from the planned route, it often records double the kms I’ve ridden, and it doesn’t sync well with the desktop site. When the help desk is asked about these issues their response is often that it is a “known bug” that is “in line to be fixed.”
I also wish that there was a social component to it like Fitbit or Strava, but that is a huge ask.
