Unfriendly app
The Spin the Wheel and Whack a Blue games are not meant for winning. Even after scoring 100% hits on Whack a Blue, the game says I didn’t win. Previously, when the word game existed, I could earn points fairly. Now there’s no reason to use the app since you can’t earn points.

Blue wallet points not updating
Problem with blue wallet - even though I have sometimes been winning some points from spin the wheel, my wallet has not been updated for quite a while. And the point balance is not even showing - just spinning and spinning … please help. Thank you

Bad App to Use
Very bad app. Do not download. Very difficult to use at checkout and can’t give feedback online via app. Needs improvement and more to learn from others. No shoppers would appreciate using this app anymore.
