Description
The Board Papers board portal makes distributing and reviewing documents for board and committee meetings easy and paperless. Meeting organizers quickly assemble agendas and documents using Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365. Agendas and documents are then published to participants' Mac, laptop and mobile devices. Using the simple and intuitive app, meeting attendees begin reviewing documents with just a couple of clicks, on or offline.

Your directors sign in to securely access all their meeting materials from a single app on their Mac. Features include:
・Pen, highlighter and text notes are easily added to documents and shared with other meeting participants
・Before and during meetings. pages can be signed and votes cast from the app with a single click
・Advanced search tools let users quickly find keywords and notes across all the documents for all their meetings
