二楼的房间很不喜欢，床太太太软了，非常失望的一家酒店，不会再入住了。唯一地点比较好，其他一般

Not my first, nor my last stay. I like its location, though traffic along C-5 road could be terrible at certain hours. But, my brother and his family live in the condo next to the hotel, so it’s convenient for me. And the front desk staff are pleasant and very helpful! The hotel has a gym on the top floor, with old equipment, which I don’t mind. My concern is that the equipment are not maintained well. During my workout last night, I asked for a wet towel to clean the barbell, which the staff gave me. I thought the staff would wipe the bar for me, but he let me do it myself, while he chatted me up. I told him that the gym only needs a little tlc. Just dust and wipe daily! He said that the equipment were scheduled for chroming soon… the excuse to not wipe off the kalawang and dust. Meanwhile, gym going guests, like me, would have to clean the machines ourselves. Other than this incident, the stay was okay. And, many thanks to the head of concierge, who helped me drive out of my parking spot. He was on AM duty on 23Sept2023. I’m so bad with names, but please give him 5 stars for me! A very inconsiderate driver parked next to my car, giving me almost no room to open the driver’s door, and the concierge helped me out of this tight spot.

Do the usual of looking at the pictures and rating. Did a filter for 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 & 10 years old there are 2 places of similar prices and I book Silka Johor Bahru cos 1 of the picture shows 2 single bed and a queen or king size bed. Must be a ulu service apartment but I drive so nevermind. I went checking in and they tell me only got 1 King size bed so I say if they can give me a bed for free or discount or not cos they want to charge me 80RM. The front desk lady very nice so she say she check with the manager so I go back room first. Come down after some time and check with them again. Think I saw the manager and she instructed the nice lady to come out to “entertain” me. The nice lady told me that they are out of bed and I think to myself they think I stupid or what. Nevermind, after I go for my supper, I decided to ask for a extra blanket and the manager say okay. Wait 30min still haven’t come so go down to the front desk cos I’m quite sure they forget. Waited for another 30min then finally come knocking loudly at my door. All these time go down multiple times to front desk cos no number in the room to call the front desk.
