Hello there! In order for Bouncemasters to keep being free-to-play, the game has to contain advertisements.
Purchased “No Ads”
I’ve made a “No Ads” purchase but yet I am forced to watch ads. I want a refund. You are going against policy for false advertising. If you have stated there that it’s for “no ads” then no ads should be shown. This is totally absurd. This company is cheating people’s money. If I’m not the only one purchasing the “No Ads” then that means this company may be cheating in thousands of dollars.

Hello there! The 'No ads' purchase turns off forced ads, but you can still watch ads to get in-game items if you choose to. If the forced ads are still there, then please send a message to our email address: info@aigames.ae
