How many orders have BK lost because the app just doesn’t function properly?

How many orders have BK lost because the app just doesn’t function properly?

- we tried to place an order for pick-up; the app took several tries to login via Google, and again several tries to load the location selection screen.
- when trying to place the order after the menu finally loaded, the app reloaded for some reason, and all orders were removed from the cart. Tried once more, and same thing happened, before we finally gave up.

Terrible app and service

Do not order through this app. They do not have driver or my order took really long.. they finally got deliveroo to deliver but the drinks were spilled and my burger was missing. Since i did not order via deliveroo my drinks were gone. And unlike mac donalds they do not have a customer service hotline, so one of us went hungry that night. And they feedback in the app is useless. No other feedback forum except facebook and i have been unsuccessful in getting a refund!!!! No more BK for me and my family!!!!!

Ok app so far.

The app only managed to go through at my second try. A few glitches here and there, the app definitely has room for improvement. The current status is waiting for a driver. We’ll see if we receive our food before amending this review.

- Update. We ordered 6 burgers but only received 4.

Drinks were wrong too. Best part? No way to contact them via the app. Never again.
