Okay but not satisfying
Sometimes flight delayed. Packages lost.
Terrible CS support, mishandling of orders
I say forget about the app when the company is thrash.
First time using their service and the last time. I consolidated and ship my order but they got it mixed up with other ppl order and had to return to their main HK warehouse to sort out again. More than 2 weeks taken and NO UPDATES from them.
It seems their CS are all from HK and their communications (in english) are limited edition.
Don’t be fooled by the low rate ($7 per lb). The process is slow and you have to wait for your items to route from other countries warehouses back to their HK warehouse before you can request to ship back to yourself.
Cheap but extremely unreliable
Delivery of packages were delayed with no updates from B&S or even the courier. Only when they were prompted did they do a check on the reason for the delay. Ended up having the package “completely destroyed” by the courier. B&S did not even ask for evidence of the “completely destroyed” package and just accepted it as is. Nonsense company.
