很好的集运软件+很好的客服
只要是在淘宝下单，我再也无需填包裹详情了。其他平台的包裹也比较容易填，可以自由填写，不象有的平台，我只能作选择填，有多时候，我买的东西根本没有在选择题里… 客服服务更是没得说，有一次我有个包裹不知道是什么（因为参加线上课程太多，不知是哪家的赠品），客服还帮我拍了盒子上的标签照。
越来越失望的物品包装
为何包装改革后反倒变成我的物品少了失踪不见了踪影还用胶带粘着还签收了再包邮到了我这怎么找谁付责任呢？ 超级无语啊😓。你们从七月五日改进包装为什么还会出现这种情况啊还将所买商品原盒包装压扁了不能用了啊怎么办呢卖家不同意退款和补所失踪之五条管子所买物品同等于垃圾了又不想一而再再二三的举报很烦的。所以之后所买的东西全部都在集运包不知道要给你们菜鸟邮件来还是另找其他公司邮寄了，对于你们的服务态度已经失望至极了
