Didn’t receive new Login pin
Dear customer service,
I forget my login pin for sign in. I clicked on “Forget Pin” but didn’t receive new 6-digit pin sent to my Singapore number. Please help to resolve this issue. Thanks.

Unable to create account
Forgot the login pin and retry to send OTP to my Singapore number, but unable to receive, please help
Updated app can’t receive OTP
After updating, I was logged out. Tried logging in numerous times but can’t receive OTP. Keep pressing resend still no OTP. Download app in another phone but still same problem. I am using a Singapore mobile number. Support team please rectify problem.
