Terrible app
Keeps crashing when I try to make payment or load a movie. Home banner is not even clickable. User interface is unfriendly and unintuitive. The website is no better; casting doesn’t even work.
Cannot watch at all
The app just force shut downs whenever I want to rent a new movie. Why release a dysfunctional app, no idea how much business you have lost in doing so…
waste of time
went to cathay for a movie and saw this ad. tried it. click rent and crashes. too little titles. don’t promote if it’s not ready for consumer usage.
in the end not able to use the app due to crashes. thanks
