Can not receive the OTP
After updated to the latest version need to log in. First attempt was successful. Wanna to order then ask me to log in again, while I couldn’t receive any OTP anymore. Linked from Grab is still ok to receive the OTP. Tried to log in again on the second, still can not receive any OTP.

My friend and I are regulars at this branch. We were attended to by Lewie a couple of times. He is always ready with a smile, courteous and has a pleasant disposition. Inspite of how busy the store is and how fussy some customers can be, Chagee should reward and retain staff like Lewie who shows patience with his customers. Lewie is cool 😊. From Rani & Regina.
Must sure you look at the time to prepare before you order on the app
Have to wait almost 1 hr at the shop for my drink because I order it on the app. Can’t even allow me to cancel even when the drink is not made. Such a bad experience. Why do you even promote ordering from the app at the store when you can’t fulfill the order. Can’t even allow me to cancel and just order it on ten counter. Please review your user experience. Such a bad experience
