Staff not aware of promotion
The staff at the restnt is not aware of the promotion. Called for the manager and informed us that they are not able to do it due to their menu not update. V bad. It was until we insist then they checked their system and found that it can be done.
Good service, nice food
Tony the manager was very knowledgeable on the menu and gave good advices on what to order 😉
No details on Key
Tried to download app and got email link to register. Keep prompting invalid Key. Contacted online support who advised to check with changi airport to get the key? Ask which link or email but was told to go to changi airport website to check?! Should already have preempted how to get key in the first place to users! And it should be able to activate via email instantly.!Such unfriendly app!!
