In the event of an auto accident AIG’s app also allows the recording of necessary details including particulars of the driver(s) involved and photos of the accident. Should there be need for repairs, the location of workshops in the vicinity is also easily accessed via our app.

Please fix the bug
After entering all the details, travel insurance fails to go through due to a bug when selecting cc expiry date. Very frustrating.
Not useful app
Cannot display your policy information. You still need to refer to your hardcopy policy for policy number to file a mobile claim. Can only file claim for travel and car accidents cannot file any other claims. Unable to file my personal accident claim. Not useful app at all.
Cannot view policy
Not user friendly. You cannot view your policy details.
