Don't buy yet
Not very user friendly. Doesn't give much information on how to download pgn games. It just tell you to link to some url. So if I want to download free games from This Week in Chess, how do I do it? The least Everyman can do is download a database of games from the latest tournament or something.
Also, the Chessboard is in black and white. No colour unlike some of the free programmes. Is that too much to ask?
When the games are annotated there is no option to split the screen to read the annotations and look at the board. If you want to read the comments, you have to go to the next page and switch back and forth to look at the board.
Very disappointing and I do hope this not the end product. Everyman Chess is famous for their books but this software is a disappointment. For the price I am paying now, at least download the latest free games for us free of charge. Or the very least give detail instructions on HOW to do it.
