Excellent support, sufficient (beta) browsing feature
They answered my questions as an early customer almost immediately and waived charges that I was uncomfortable with. Their response was even faster than some of my friends on whatsapp. Though their live chats aren’t online 24/7, it is sufficient for me whenever I needed help and the fast response is greatly appreciated.
Also, the browse feature showed me a festival I saw no advertising for (Let’s go Jalan Jalan). I brought my friends over and we had a fun experience despite traveling for close to an hour to get there. Appreciate what the team has done and is doing!

Unstable app, but high quality support service makes up for it
Faced problems with number port in -- an issue which other reviewers have pointed out before -- and was beginning to regret switching over. App page doesn't load properly whereas live chat via the app failed miserably. Not sure if it's compatibility issues or simply a case of the app being buggy? Or maybe it's a problem unique to port in...
Reason why I still gave a 4-star rating is because Circles Life has excellent customer service. Didn't want a low rating to mislead people to thinking that the service itself is not reliable.
On the contrary, Circles Life customer support is so much more responsive and efficient than those telcos with physical stores. I managed to get help via the desktop chat -- which worked perfectly, btw -- and the problem was solved within the day. Thanks so much to Maxine, the chat agent who attended to my case!
Perhaps more could be done for the app so that the entire experience doesn't disappoint. Regardless, keep up with the good work, everyone! :)

Charged with global SMSes not sent by user
While CL offers mobile service plan without contract, there are still several aspects to be improved.
iPhone users would encounter being charged with global SMSes for switching SIM cards (Eg use of data SIM card overseas, change between local old and new SIM cards). These are global SMSes that Apple sent to their overseas HQ and not sent by users but we are still being charged. Please note that CL can only waive the global SMSes as a “one-time courtesy” and I was advised to “avoid reinserting your SIM card”. I was disappointed when CL person has explained to me this way as this means that there is no guarantee that the global SMSes sent by Apple in the future can be waived, despite that the global SMSes are not sent by us. How can we avoid ourselves from switching SIM cards when using data SIM cards overseas? Although I know where CL is coming from as in their eyes, the global SMSes are still being sent from our iOS devices (though sent out by Apple and not users), they should have hired better customer service officer to respond sensitively on such matters.
