Quick & Easy
First time using it. Works well but functionality is limited. The app is even Touch ID enabled.
Cannot login without Dr card 🙍🏻♂️
The app is good, but the policies are weird. My account is locked as I don’t have an active Dr card. Now the bank wants me to drop a letter to their Chennai address. What’s the point in providing registered email address and phone number 🤦🏻♂️ How can the bank expect all overseas customers to mandatorily have a card. I don’t need it, online banking suffices my need while I’m overseas. In the middle of pandemic which bank does that 🤷🏻♂️

Half of features don’t work, just a web wrapper
Almost half or more than half of features don’t work in the app, directs user to speak to customer care. Some features of app still ask for password. The app is not a native app, just a web wrapper. Transitions are slow between pages.
