Glitchy app but very useful
This app allows me to communicate with my child’s Teachers easily:
However, some improvement is needed.
1. The app is glitchy and keep showing notifications for “sent” messages. You get a notification to check your messages but it turns out that there are no new messages. Your last sent message seems to be registered as a new message and you receive a notification instead.
2. No custom notification option. I’d like to be able to receive a notification when my child’s teacher updates a “Story”. Teachers tend to give out homework notification through a story update. A customised notification to be informed when a particular teacher posts an update will be a nifty feature.
3. An integrated calendar option would be good. This will allow us to be able to view school/public holidays easily.
Overall, this is a good app. More improvement needed to make it relevant and useable to the user.
No message panel
Glitchy. The bottom message panel disappear on both my iPhones. I can’t message the Teacher for urgent matter. This bug has been around for quite sometime back. Now is October 2022 and why this bug still persists. I restarted my phone and the app and nothing works! At least allow us to click on the teacher’s pic profile for contact as a short interim solution if the message panel disappearance cannot be solved.
This is fantastically demonic!!!
Well the people in my class are very used to calling their Teachers names behind their backs. I tried to get them to be nicer to them in future but they were still acting like hooligans. But a walking by principal scolded the entire class and from that day on, the entire class was polite enough to their teachers. Thanks
