No response after 2 days

Used to be efficient but now look like no one is following up. Might as well closed it.

Great app and efficient follow up

For more than 2 years, I have been calling and writing to NEA on the horrid state of inefficient cleaning service by the cleaning contractors NEA engaged at my estate, the usual immediate response is a thorough clean-up and left for neglect for several weeks until another call or e-mail to NEA. With this app, I can immediately shot and tell and let NEA efficiently take it's errant cleaning contractor to task. Hopefully, this effort will last. Love this app and my cleaner estate now.
