Incompetent app
Downloaded your app 2 months ago to realise that I’m not able to access it when I needed to hail a cab yesterday.
Deleted app and reinstalled new version and did a trial. App wasn’t able to recognise my intended destination in Singapore, all the prompts were of locations in Canada.
This is downright shameful, to say the least, you owe it to your drivers to have a competitive app.
Horrible APP!
When I searched for taxi apps I would expect I would get a Singapore appropriate one. I should have read the previous reviews and not download this horrible horrible app. I used my Singapore mobile number and yet the location could not pick up any Singapore address! Please take this down from the App Store! It’s irrelevant!
Not user friend app
This app doesn’t recognise the Singapore local postal codes. And kept sharing different locations in Canada though I have entered Singapore mobile number.
Pls do something so as to compete with other private car hiring companies
