Review from a long time player without spending a penny

This game is not my priority, but I visit everyday to collect coins and casino to win at least 15 diamonds a day. I will save to at least 400 diamonds before I unlocked an island. So far, I had been unlocking all the restaurants from city and island, currently at 2nd restaurant at the mountain.

The reason I gave it 4 stars because it no longer my first choice game since I need a lot of time to earn free diamonds. I travel with my iPad in order to continue earning the daily 2 diamonds.

I really need more gems!

Basically, I have been playing this game for a very long time already, and because I changed devices the game got restarted, so I had to restart with another account. I feel like I am in dire need of gems, as I can only get gems from daily rewards, levelling up, casinos and chef mystery boxes! Of course, that is, if I don’t spend any money. But the gems given are too little to be accounted for, and I don’t have enough. Except for chef mystery boxes, that is only if I claim continuously for a month or by completing a restaurant. I really hope the game can change into its past system, where you will get 2 gems everyday as long as you log on for more than 7 days continuously. From casinos, I have to spend a lot of coins on them and sometimes and use 20,000+ coins and I still don’t get 15 gems!
I SERIOUSLY hope the game developer would consider this and find easier ways to get gems.
Some of my suggestions: When we level up, maybe we can get more gems instead of just 7, maybe like 12 or something. And for chef mystery boxes, we can have like 15 gems guaranteed and as for the casino, maybe if we get a win, we can get like 20 gems. Lastly, for the daily reward system, maybe we can get 2 gems everyday as long as it is over 7 days (like previously), and still get a chef mystery box at the end of the month.
I would give this game 5 stars if the game developer makes some changes and consider some of my suggestions. Thank you!

There is a bug with customers

For every level that I play, when it boils down to a few customers left, they always walk away and the game considers the level done and that I had already served all the customers. But when I checked the costumer icon, what’s obnoxious is that they said that there is still that few number of customers left and that I lost those customers. I don’t understand why that happens but it is so frustrating that this bug makes me irascible sometimes when playing the game. Sometimes I even have to play an hour to pass a level with three stars. This bug has hindered my game progress and as you know earning gems in this game can be an onerous task, having upgrade which requires massive amounts of gems and that I really yearn to get that chef’s mystery box to get that 12 gems, alongside some other rewards. I don’t know whether this happens to any other players out there but please hear me out. This game is fascinating and is so addictive. If you could do something with this bug and resolve this problem, I will definitely revisit this game everyday. Pls developer, I beg you!!!!!! 😭🥺
