Hi management of Crazy rich man, I purchased a top up of diamond just today , but there was no diamond credited to my account. The money was deducted yet I did not received any top up.

As I progress further into the game, the game becomes slower and slower. I click on things and sometimes the game just hangs there. The game is good, it’s just annoying that I have to keep restarting the game.
