Beware of the false facade
My experience went from excellent to atrocious over a week. Was excited to learn about this app, and its advertisement. Signing up was fuss free BUT, wait till you contact customer service. A reply takes 1-2 days on average, and it seems like the customer service personnel doesnt check before responding to you, and they would just greet you and pass you scripted holding statement. An esteemed company who spent millions on hiring matt damon and advertisement, will give you the lamest reasons to not pay you your sign up bonus. Good lucky for new sign-ups.

Took US$ 10K from me and did not credit my account
I sent US$ 10K based on their remittance instructions. Wait almost 2 weeks, no money credited to my account. Started the ridiculous chat help (no live help). Sent everything they asked for, copy of my remittance, screen captures of my transfer with all the correct info as their instructions provided. The first handler promised the team will get back to me, waited two days, another handler “Seamus” came on, asked for an MT103 copy to be sent to them, otherwise they won’t track my money. Refused to assist further without an MT103 and I am still out US$ 10K. Everyone I hand them something, they ask for another me document.
DO NOT work with these guys! There other other apps with better service and more honest people. I am going to my bank and local authorities if I don’t get my money back soon.

Unable to use credit card to purchase crypto in Singapore
After a few purchase using credit card (which is supposed to be free of commission for first 30 days), after that you won’t be able to purchase using credit card as the platform will state error. You also cannot add new credit card. In this case, it seems like there is a limit to how much you can purchase using credit card in the 30 days commission free period.

Hello. Fees are not being imposed on our end for purchases with debit/credit cards during the announced period - however, if such occurred, they are being deducted by the respective bank for which we do not have access to influence.
