Pity
Your model is broken. You need gems to upgrade and when you reach the point you can’t move forward the only way to get gems is through dailies. Can’t even grind as you can’t redo past levels. That means once someone reaches a level they can’t pass they have to stop playing and just collect daily gem till they can.
Facebook Friend
Maybe can consider linking and binding game account to Facebook, and for every friend that plays this game, we can “call them for assistance” and their highest level/strongest character will be added into our team for one game. This effectively adds the firepower to the team and is especially helpful when fighting tough levels.
Too greedy
We all understand how Mobil games work...by in app purchases. I did buy some initial packages but still the game gets repetitive too quickly just needing level up without much flexibility. Developer should consider video ads etc or just to be not that greedy...deleting after 2 days...
